When will you ship my products?

Almost all of our orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 days of payment.

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries take on average 8-21 business days to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, NZ and EU countries. In some rare occasions 28+ business days.

Please allow 10-38 business days for delivery to the rest of the world because of their customs clearance.

What are the delivery charges?

All of our product delivery is free of charge!

Where are my products coming from?

Our warehouses are located in both the US and China. We work with the most reliable reputable and experienced suppliers.

How secure is my personal information? Is my data protected?

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. After ordering we’ll send you an confirmation mail containing an Invoice of your ordered products.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

Often, when multiple items are ordered different distribution channels are being utilized. Therefore, sometimes each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, eventually you’ll get them all.

I placed an order but I didn’t receive a confirmation Email

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. You can also contact our support team providing the user name and email which you used to order the products and they will be able to assist you further.
